Maritime Alps Tour Day 1: Nice

After a couple of delays with the flight we get into Nice, take the very convenient bus downtown, and home in on our hotel like pigeons. After a bit of unpacking, its out for a socca at a recommended place (Rene Socca) that just happens to be right around the corner; that's luck! Some delicious socca later we do a walk through the tourist-filled old down (what is this place like in high season?) and then down to the beach promenade. Some strolling later we head back and stop along the way for some not so satisfying turkish food (ah well... bad choice).
